IMPORTANT ! If paying by CC, this document must be fully executed and either emailed to astarlimo@gmail.com, faxed to (561)784-9560, or given to the driver at the time of pickup with a clear copy of the front and back of CC and a copy of CC holderŐs ID, as well as the CC imprint and signature. Failure to do so will result in a delay in departure and the time will be billed to the customer. If paying by cash, this document with copies of ID and CC are still required and at the end of the fare, no imprint is required and customer should sign receipt for the hours and the total amount paid.
All deposits are non-refundable. Failure to contact our
office in the event that you do not see your driver right away will result in
the client being charged the full amount. There will be no refund issued if you
fail to contact our office. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical
breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time
at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any
damage to the limousine caused by client or any members of their party during
the duration of the rental. A fee of $100.00 for will be imposed for each
carpet or seat burn, food litter, and/or stains. TAKE A COUPLE OF MINUTES AT THE END OF THE FARE TO INSPECT THE INSIDE
WITH THE DRIVER. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Damage to CD or DVD player is $250.00.
Damage to TV(s) is $500.00 Alcohol Consumption by minors and/or drug use by
anyone is strictly prohibited by law. The driver has the right to terminate run
without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
Smoking is not permitted in all of our vehicles. Overtime charges apply. Hourly
charters are billed for the full amount of the initial reservation, even if you
relieve the Chauffer from service earlier than initially booked. Hourly
charters that exceed the initial reservation will be billed in 15-minute
increments at the Vehicle Hourly Rate. Not responsible for delays or trip
termination due to bad weather or road conditions (i.e.: severe weather,
accidents, acts of nature, etc...) Not responsible for articles left in
limousine .We recommend that all personal belongings and valuables be removed
from the vehicle when left unattended. All Star Palm Beach Limousine Service
and its employees will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged
articles. If there is a balance, it is to be paid to the driver on the run date
before the beginning of the run.
